What does it mean to look for the old-fashioned in the new, to appreciate old-fashioned ideas of structure and validation even as they are spun through vehicles that are seemingly rejections of those ideas? Case in point: Before Sunset, whose greatest virtue is the nature of its ending. And to a certain extent the old-fashioned idea of love and risk it supports.

What the have with the re-issues of the Cure albums, is you get the purchase
of the album from the younger audience, and then you also have the older
audience still attending the shows, as well.
The negative aplication of that can be sleazy.
If there is a positive application it would probably apply to political consolidation.
